Return & Exchange

  • We will gladly accept any damaged/broken item with original box and tags within 5 days of purchase for an exchange. (Note: Please make a video of the item before unboxing as an evidence.)
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice, and mention the reason of returning the items.
  • Customer needs to return the goods via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund request will be processed within 2 days after receiving the return products.

Follow the simple steps to return your item(s):

  1. First send us the video of the item(s) to be exchanged.
  2. Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to exchange is repack properly along with its invoice.
  3. Customer needs to return the item(s) via traceable delivery i.e courier or registered post on his own expense to the address.
